All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and firm bookings cannot be accepted until the 33% deposit payment has been received (full amount if your holiday is within 6 weeks). On receipt we will then confirm your booking by email. Your balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a damages deposit of £150 and we will send out a reminder. (Damage deposit refunds will be made within 7 days of departure). Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. These payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let your booking, in which case we will refund any monies you have paid to us, less any difference in the amount we have received from the replacement booking and a £25 admin fee.  

(We highly recommend you take out HOLIDAY INSURANCE against any circumstances that may give you cause to cancel.)

Arrivals are from 2pm and travel/key information will be sent to you once the balance of your holiday has been paid. Departure time is 10am and guests are kindly asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Please place the keys back in the key safe on departure.
